Nunavut: A Unique and Exotic Destination within Arm’s Reach

Untamed, unspoiled, and undiscovered.  If you love adventure, travel, and unique getaways that are a world away; but a whole world closer than you’ve ever imagined, keep reading, because that place is called Nunavut.  It’s one of the most pristine places on the planet; and an immense region in Canada’s northern boundaries.  O2 Media ™ is happy to welcome Colleen Dupuis.  She is the CEO of Nunavut Tourism.

O2 Media: Good morning, Colleen.

Colleen Dupuis: Good morning.

O2 Media: The phrase “Nunavut Sannginivut” is a beautiful expression.  It means what?

Colleen Dupuis: It means “Our land, our people”.  Basically, that’s Inuktitut – which is one of the four languages of Nunavut.  Our four official languages are English, French, Inuktitut, and Inuinnaqtun.  Inuktitut and Inuinnaqtun are very living languages, and are used all the time.

O2 Media: What is the weather like in Nunavut?

Colleen Dupuis: We have seasons – some of them are just cooler than others.  We can get up to about 80 degrees Fahrenheit in some places, in the summer; and, we can get below minus 40 in Celsius and Fahrenheit cross at that point in the winter.  We get lots, and lots, and lots of sun.  When the sun is out, it will be melting the snow; and even at 15 degrees Fahrenheit, you can sit out in your bathing suit, in the sun, and get a suntan.  So, it’s a great place to get a suntan.

O2 Media: Are you kidding me?  Wow!

Colleen Dupuis: That is, if there’s no wind.  Wind can be the enemy.

O2 Media: Tell me about the culture.  The traditions of this region date back thousands of years.  How is daily life influenced by these traditions?

Colleen Dupuis: The life in Nunavut is, is very much a combination of tradition and modern society.  You have to look at the Inuit culture as something that, even as late as the 1950s, people were living in sod huts.  And now we’re in the jet age.  Everyone’s on computers, for example.  We fly on planes all the time, because there are no roads to Nunavut.  So, planes are our taxis; or our busses.

O2 Media: I see.

Colleen Dupuis: People still blend a tradition of hunting with their normal wage economy; and it’s a great blend of culture.  It works really well, and it’s great when visitors come, because people are very happy to share their culture.  We have amenities that people are looking for when they travel; so it’s a good blend, and it’s worked very well.

O2 Media: Let me ask you this.  Are the people friendly there?  I’m sure the answer is probably “yes”.

Colleen Dupuis: Very much.  People welcome people into their home, welcome people to share their culture.  It’s a very warm, open society.

O2 Media: I know you’ve been there for about 20 years?

Colleen Dupuis: Yes.

O2 Media: I know there’s so much to share about this arctic paradise.  There are all kinds of attractions for fellas who are into hunting and fishing – are there things that might appeal specifically to women vacationing?

Colleen Dupuis: We have a few things.  Just as you go to Africa for a big safari, and they have their big five, we have a big five.  So, we have great wildlife viewing.  We have beluga and narwhal – which is actually the one with the tusk, which is its left incisor tooth.  We also have musk ox, caribou, polar bear, and walrus.  We also offer a cruise product, which most people are not aware of.  It’s not the love boat. They’re small boats of about 150 people, and everything’s included.  You visit a variety of communities.  It’s a great way to see a lot of things; and it’s very popular with a lot of people – especially with women.  It’s a little more palatable than camping on ice.

O2 Media: What are the overnight accommodations like in Nunavut?

Colleen Dupuis: We have hotels, we have bed and breakfasts and we have some wilderness lodges.

O2 Media: Do you have any options that are more adventurous than the wilderness lodge?

Colleen Dupuis: One of our more popular products is actually something called a “flow edge trip”.  The flow edge is where the open water meets the sea ice.  During our spring, which is May/June, you’re still on ice, and there’s snow, and you go out from the community for three or four hours, by snowmobile and komatik (which is a sled that’s pulled behind).  You travel where the flow edge is; and you have a pollenia form, which is the feeding ground for a lot of animals— whales, seals, polar bears.  There, you camp on the ice.

O2 Media: That’s certainly more adventurous than a wilderness lodge.

Colleen Dupuis: Yes.

O2 Media: It’s been so great meeting you, Colleen; and really hearing about Nunavut.  It’s a place I hadn’t heard about before, so I appreciate the information you’ve shared.

Colleen Dupuis: Thank you.

Robert Ferguson Discusses FitPro for Proper Nutrition

The Balancing Act Lifetime

The Balancing Act Lifetime

Well, here’s a question for you: Are you getting enough protein and calcium in your diet?  Well, we are all about to find out, right now.  Joining The Balancing Act Lifetime is Robert Ferguson, of Diet Free Life. A leading voice for weight loss and living diet free, he’s here to talk to The Balancing Act Lifetime about protein and calcium, as part of proper nutrition; and how it works to keep the pounds away.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: Hey, Robert.  Good to see you.

Robert Ferguson: Well, it’s good to be here.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: So, this morning, we’re going to be talking about keeping the pounds away?  What’s the first thing you’d like to share, with our viewers?

Robert Ferguson: Protein is really your friend, when it comes to those macro nutrients.  When you compare protein to fat and carbohydrates, protein boosts your metabolism more than those two.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: Does it, really?

Robert Ferguson: Yes.  And, protein also helps it where you’re not hungry as soon, compared to carbs and fat.  Protein really is our friend.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: I love that.  So, after a workout, I hear that it’s important to eat some protein.  Is this truth or myth?

Robert Ferguson: Well, the truth in that is that protein, when it’s available in your body; it is the building block of muscle.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: OK.

Robert Ferguson: And, muscle, on a cellular level, actually burns more calories than any other cell in your body.  So, the more lean muscle tissue you have the more fat you can burn.  Therefore, you’re burning more calories.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: Alright.  So, that would be true, then.  That’s good thing.

Robert Ferguson: Yes.  Unfortunately, though, most people aren’t getting an adequate amount of protein.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: Ah.  So, we’re falling short in that, even though we believe we’re getting protein.  Right?

Robert Ferguson: Most people rely on getting protein from foods like eggs and yogurt.  Unfortunately, all protein is not created equal.  So, if you look at the protein, that’s in a salad with avocado, nuts, tomatoes, etc.  Well, you have protein in each of those foods; but, what people don’t realize is that there’s more fat in some of those foods, than there is protein.  Foods like the nuts and the avocado, in comparison to the tomatoes.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: What would you recommend, for someone like me, to stay healthy?  I’m married, I have three children, and I’m always on the go.  Where can I eat, and what can I consume, that’s protein-rich, that I can also take with me, and that’s quality protein, as well?

Robert Ferguson: Well, we have something that’s actually good to the taste; and is friendly to your waist.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: Alright.

Robert Ferguson: It’s called our FitPro™ protein.  FitPro is formulated from our REAL® milk protein.  We take REAL® grade-A milk from American farms and apply a gentle ultrafiltration process, removing the lactose sugars and leaving behind concentrated liquid whey and casein proteins. Other brands utilize a chemical acid wash process to isolate whey and casein protein powders, which are later reconstituted.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: Ok.

Robert Ferguson: The FitPro shake gives you that same amount, or benefit of protein, as a plate of chicken.  And it’s low in carbs.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: Really?

Robert Ferguson: It’s friendly on the waistline.  It’s lactose free, for those who are concerned with that.  It is soy free.  And, it’s also gluten free.  This is really the freshest, ready to go, ready to drink protein shake on the market.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: It’s becoming a go-to shake for me!  I love that.

Robert Ferguson: That’s great.

The Balancing Act Lifetime: And, if you want more information on FitPro™ ready to drink protein shakes, simply visit their website.  It’s fitproprotein.com.

BrandStar Entertainment Discusses Starting Your Day Healthy with Grand Prairie Foods

BrandStar Entertainment

BrandStar Entertainment

These days, it seems like everyone over the age of 30 is watching their cholesterol levels, regardless of body-type or weight. What we move from the plate to the palate impacts our health – sometimes in ways we can’t even see. To talk about how an ounce of prevention can be worth a pound of cure, especially when it comes to that first meal of the day, BrandStar Entertainment ® was joined by Valerie Loudenback of Grand Prairie Foods and Start Healthy Brands.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Hi Valerie!

Valerie Loudenback: Hello, it’s nice to see you.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: I’m glad you’re here. I have to tell you – in the morning, it is really hard for me to get out the door and eat something health, especially in the fast-paced world in which we are living.

Valerie Loudenback: Absolutely. You want food that is fast and you want it to taste good. But I think a lot times, we go for the fast and easy versus wondering what’s in it and what’s healthy. Our company is trying to change that, at least for the people who are interested.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Good. So many people are worried about how many calories are in a food item, it seems.

Valerie Loudenback: Yes, and we are trying to give them the nutritional value, as well.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: What types of foods, would you say, have the highest cholesterol levels?

Valerie Loudenback: They are the things that we think taste good. What is high cholesterol is fat, and of course, sugars – which is in cholesterol. Those are the things, though, that add up and can cause problems with being overweight. The foods that have high cholesterol are things that come from animal

BrandStar Entertainment ®: That makes sense.

Valerie Loudenback: Bacon and pork are all included: all of those types of foods that are yummy and bad-for-you.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Does reducing fat content reduce flavor?

Valerie Loudenback: If done correctly, no.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Ok.

Valerie Loudenback: However, we’ve seen that evolve over time. When low-fat items came out, frankly, it didn’t taste very good. Low-fat salad dressings, for example, taste horrible.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: So, if I’m going to eat a salad, I’ll have something that tastes good. I’d rather just put vinegar on it.

Valerie Loudenback: Exactly. You can make choices like we have done with our product. We have intentionally removed the cholesterol from eggs.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Is it the yolk of the egg that has the cholesterol?

Valerie Loudenback: Yes. When you look at our eggs, they are white.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Oh, very interesting.

Valerie Loudenback: They are made from the whites of eggs.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Got it – removing the yolk.

Valerie Loudenback: Yes, and doing so keeps the cholesterol low.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: So that is one way to eliminate cholesterol in your diet.

Valerie Loudenback: The other thing I’d like to say is that we offer some nice variety and choice. Eggs are not the most tasteful food item by nature. They can be a little bit bland. So we try and spice them up. We’ve worked with some chefs at our plant to come up with some toppings. They are designed for people who want the health but also want a really good, interesting, dining experience – without losing the flavor.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: You know, it’s not just breakfast. I can see sitting down and serving this for dinner, with a side salad and some fruit. It’s an option not just for starting the day healthy – but for staying healthy throughout the day. I’m going to have breakfast for dinner, tonight.

Valerie Loudenback: Alright, that sounds like a good idea.

BrandStar Entertainment ®: Thank you so much for your time.

Valerie Loudenback: Thank you for having me here.

Why Radio and Direct Media Power are a Winning Combination

Direct Media Power

Direct Media Power

Direct Media Power knows that in the current economy, businesses are looking for an inexpensive but effective way to get the word out. And, for a small fee, Direct Media Power gives their clients personalized one-on-one service that yields almost immediate results. Founder Dean Tucci answers some questions about the powerful synergism of Direct Media Power and radio.

Q: Is radio still a relevant media?

A: Absolutely! Today, radio is the most cost-effective way to get the word out about a product or service. Radio listeners are often a captive audience, hearing your message in the car or while walking at the track. In fact, if done correctly, the team at Direct Media Power has found that radio can be the best way to get a message through to potential customers.

Q: How is radio more effective than other forms of advertising?

A: Customers can skip over Internet banner ads and fast-forward through TV commercials using a DVR. But Direct Media Power has found that customers are more patient about listening to radio ads because they’re short and usually relevant.

Q: How has technology changed the way listeners respond to radio ads?

A: One thing that has really helped is that every listener usually has a cell phone within reach while listening to the radio. This is great for getting a customer to dial a number for more information as soon as they hear the commercial.

Q: Direct Media Power states that radio provides a diverse audience for ads. How is this possible?

A: Radio reaches 70% of the general American population–and an even higher percentage among minority groups. This creates a much more diverse customer base for businesses.

Q: How does Direct Media Power target its ads?

A: With contacts in radio across the country, the team at Direct Media Power is able to pick and choose where your ad airs, which allows us to place it in areas where it can better reach the intended audience.

Q: How will I know if my campaign is getting results?

A: You’ll know right away. Direct Media Power provides its clients an 800 number for free, as well as a call center. Through this number, the effectiveness of a campaign can be measured in real numbers.

Q: Will I need to pay for the production of the commercial?

A: As part of the package Direct Media Power offers, clients will receive a free written script and production.

Q: Does Direct Media Power take a commission?

A: We do not earn a commission on a campaign unless it does well. Additionally, each client is guaranteed a return on investment.

Q: What types of businesses usually seek Direct Media Power’s services?

A: Among our many customers are tax settlement firms, mortgage lenders, and more.

From the time a customer contacts Direct Media Power, a representative is assigned to that person to handle any questions and help direct the campaign. Direct Media Power is so sure its services will have a huge impact on its customers’ bottom line, we offer a money back guarantee on the fees charged on initial orders.

O2 Media’s Designing Spaces on Lifetime with Stuart Silloway

Designing Spaces

Designing Spaces

The following segment aired on Lifetime Television. Joining the show was Stuart Silloway from Samsung. He was here to talk more about the Samsung TVs.

Host, Debie Marie: While Ted is getting ready for game day in Milwaukee, we are setting up here. And what better way to watch the game than on a brand new large screen HDTV? Remember when you watched games on TV sets that looked like this? Well, times have certainly changed. And with advent of digital technology, watching sports on TV has taken on a whole new dimension of excitement. With us today is Stuart Silloway from Samsung. Hi Stuart.

StaurtSilloway: Hi, how are you.

Debie: Welcome to the show!

StaurtSilloway: Pleasure to be here.

Debie: The big screen TV market can be confusing to homeowners looking to upgrade their home entertainment center. We hear that not all HD is the same, so can you explain the term 1080P, which is supposed to be the best HD quality?

StaurtSilloway: Well, it absolutely is the best HD quality and you are right. It can be very confusing.

Debie: Yes.

StaurtSilloway: There are a lot of terms out there.

Debie: Um hmm.

StaurtSilloway: The bottom line is that you want a lot of information on the screen. The more information, the better you are going to be able to see the gameor whatever you are watching. For instance, you want to be able to tell the difference between astro-turf and grass when you are watching football or whatever you’re watching. You want to be able to see all those details. With 1080P, you are guaranteed that. You’re going to get the best picture from whatever source you have connected to it, whether it iscable or DVD or whatever.

Debie: OK. So that’s going to give us that sharp clear image?

StaurtSilloway: Absolutely.

Debie: OK, and as we can see, this set is not very deep.  It’s perfect for a living room like this or maybe a den.

StaurtSilloway: Absolutely.  This is one of our flat panel technologies from Samsung, LCD and Plasma, both flat panels.  I can put it on a table like this.  I can get a bracket and hang it on a wall.

Debie: Oh, really? OK.

StaurtSilloway: We can even run the wires behind drywall or all kinds of things to make this really clean, very shallow installation.

Debie: OK, now you said LCD and Plasma. What is the difference between the two?

StaurtSilloway: Well, there are a lot of differences, but the bottom line is how you choose to use it. What room you’re going to put it in. At Samsung, we make both and we believe that there is a customer for both.

Debie: OK.

StaurtSilloway: It really depends on the room you are in.  LCD is traditionally better for more brightly lit rooms; it does better in those environments.

Debie: OK.

StaurtSilloway: Plasma does a little better in darker rooms, where it can show off its deeper richer colors. Now if you have a den that might be a better place for that.

Debie: Or a basement room, yes?

StaurtSilloway: OK, right. Those kinds of things.

Debie: Alright, well, we are here today to see football and after that we have baseball, basketball, golf and an occasional movie. So why do we want to watch sports on this TV?

StaurtSilloway: Well, this is Samsung’s 52 inch, what we call our 71 series LCD television.

Debie: OK.

StaurtSilloway: And this has a lot of great technology in it that’s going to make the most of all of those things. And like a lot of Samsung LCD televisions, one of the great things about it is that it has a really wide viewing angle. When you watch sports, you don’t watch it alone, do you?

Debie: Nope. The whole room is usually filled.

StaurtSilloway: That’s right. You have a lot of people coming over. Everybody wants to be able to see everything going on. You don’t want it to fade off on the edges.

Debie: Right. Oh OK, so that won’t do this. You can have people on the sides.  Pretty much everyone can see it.

StaurtSilloway: Absolutely.

Debie: What about if you sit on the floor?  A lot of people like to sit on the floor and look up.

StaurtSilloway: Well especially when you’re playing video games a lot of people get close and have to look up.

Debie: Right.

StaurtSilloway: That 178 degrees is not just left and right; it’s also up and down.

Debie: OK, good to know. Now I’ve heard about motion blur reduction. What does that mean?

StaurtSilloway: Well, LCD televisions started out as converted computer monitors.

Debie: Hmm.

StaurtSilloway: And when you’ve got a computer monitor, your spreadsheet doesn’t change very often.

Debie: Yeah, not usually.

StaurtSilloway: On television, especially when watching sports, there’s a lot of action going on. There’s a lot of motion going on.

Debie: Right.

StaurtSilloway: And those early twenty years ago, LCD televisions did not do that motion very well. So at Samsung, what we’ve done is come in here with our auto motion plus a hundred and twenty hertz technology in it. We have been able to smooth that motion out, create crisp clean motion so that you can see the traces of the football going across the screen, the laces on the football.  You can see all the players very clearly as they’re playing.

Debie: Hmm, that’s amazing. Now, I’m looking for speakers and I don’t see them on here. How is the sound quality?

StaurtSilloway: It’s fantastic.

Debie: OK. Would it be anything less?Where are the speakers?

StaurtSilloway: Well, we hid them. One of the challenges with sound quality is that you need big speakers to produce good sound. But you buy a flat panel television like this to get a clean installation in your home. So you don’t take up a lot of space. Those are kind of opposed to each other. What we did was hide the speakers behind the panel. And we have a little gap here that allows it to come out the sound to come out.

Debie: So you get that big sound without big speakers. Ohh, where are they?

StaurtSilloway: They are back here, and then we have a little slot on the side here.

Debi (Designing Spaces): Oh that is amazing. This is it right here?

StaurtSilloway: Yeah, that’s where the sound comes out, but the big speakers are behind it. OK, so now that the room is all ready for ultimate sports viewing, I say we go take a look.

Designing Spaces: Absolutely.

StaurtSilloway: OK, lets go.

Designing Spaces: Wow, look at that. Oh, what a great picture.

StaurtSilloway: Thank you.

Designing Spaces: It’s just amazing how the brights are so bright and just the contrast. It looks great.

StaurtSilloway: It looks more natural, doesn’t it?

Designing Spaces: It does, yeah it really does.

StaurtSilloway: We’ve really tried to combine the best of both worlds. Remember we talked about the difference between LCD and Plasma? We’ve really tried to make this television a good combination of the attributes of both.

Designing Spaces: OK.

StaurtSilloway: So, Plasma has a little, deeper richer color than traditional LCD.  Our super clear panel on this LCD television helps LCD produce deeper, richer colors, more natural colors.

Designing Spaces: Right.

StaurtSilloway: The black levels are darker.  The white levels are brighter. And of course, that means that all the other colors, red, greens, blues.

Designing Spaces: Yeah, look at the red. That’s gorgeous. The grass, look at the grass.

StaurtSilloway: Yeah. Isn’t that great?

Designing Spaces: Wow. It’s truly like you feel like you’re there.

StaurtSilloway: Yeah.

Designing Spaces: You know anyone who enjoys sports will never go back to watching standard definition after seeing their favorite player or team on an HDTV set like this one.

StaurtSilloway: I hope not.

Designing Spaces: So let me ask you, if our audience wants more information on HDTV’s where should they go?

StaurtSilloway: Samsung.com, of course. Not only do we have a lot of information on our broad offering of high definition televisions, we have some general information on the technology as well.

Designing Spaces: OK, wonderful. Well Stuart, thank you and really everyone at Samsung for educating us on how the new generation of HDTV’s work and what we can expect from them.  So thank you so much for being here.

StaurtSilloway: You’re very, very welcome.

The Balancing Act on Lifetime with Mario Lopez

The Balancing Act

The Balancing Act

The following segment aired on “The Balancing Act” on Lifetime Television. Joining the show were Mario Lopez and his mother to discuss the Boys and Girls Club.

The Balancing Act: Well, you may know our next guest for the smile, those dimples, who could forget those dimples, right, the dancing and the hosting skills.  But, Mario Lopez is known for more than just his good looks or his job.  Mario also gives back to his community and organizations all across this country.  This morning, Mario and his beautiful mom, Elvia, join “The Balancing Act” from Glendale, California to talk about how to give a very special gift this holiday season.  All right, so this is a project that you and your mom have teamed up to work on together.  How special is that?

Mario Lopez: Well this is real important to my mom and I because I am a former member of the Boys and Girls Club and proud to say in their alumni hall of fame and their current fitness ambassador for all the clubs.  We just want to use “The Balancing Act” to raise the awareness level and have people consider making a simple donation this holiday season because there’s no greater gift of a great future and it had such a positive impact on my life and I don’t know where I’d be without it.  And we can help thousands of kids by simply making a donation, either financially or with your time, and you can find out all the information you need over at greatfutures.org/give or the Facebook page.  You’ll see that a lot of great companies are involved behind it like Amway, Elmer’s or Sony stores who are donating five percent of their proceeds today and so it’s a very special place for me and we want to help a lot of kids out there.

The Balancing Act: You know, I love the fact that you and your mom are doing this together.  Mrs. Lopez, tell “The Balancing Act,” how proud are you of what your son is doing?

Mrs. Lopez: Oh my god, I couldn’t be more proud, sweetie.  You know, both my husband and I worked and I wanted to find a place with a good environment, positive people, positive mentors, and a good influence for Mario.  And, I believe that boys and girls club really helped me get Mario there.  Without them, I don’t think he’d be the person that he is now.

The Balancing Act: Well, you know, I’m just so proud of everything you do both on and off camera, big fan, personally and professionally.  But, you know, for our viewers of “The Balancing Act,” when we talk about the holidays and we talk about the fact that it really is, Mario, a perfect reminder as we give all of our gifts, right, and we eat with our families and have dinner and just enjoy the time, that sixteen million children in this country are living in poverty.  How can we give them the gift of a great future this holiday season and beyond?

Mario Lopez: Well, again, by either donating your money or your time.  Because it’s a non-profit organization, you’ll know that your kids are safe; you’ll know that they have positive influences.  There’s going to be people there that are going to be great mentors and taking care of them, exposing them to things from the arts to all kinds of sports and that’s pretty priceless, if you ask me.  So, you can really help yourself by helping these kids and our future, again, by just going to the website greatfutures.org/give.

The Balancing Act: And, Mrs. Lopez, you talked about the fact that, of course Mario had a safe place, a place that he could go and be nurtured, how do you think this experience helped him and now look at all the things that he’s done in his life?

Mrs. Lopez: Oh, it helped him in so many things, sweetie.  You know he’s been working in this business since he was ten years old, so it was hard juggling my daughter and him, you know, her in San Diego and him here.  So, The Boys and Girls Club was there for him whenever I couldn’t be there and I felt very safe with him there.  And, they don’t turn anybody away, I want you to remember that and I recommend them to anybody.

The Balancing Act: And, with just about a minute left, I do want you to tell “The Balancing Act” about your little girl.  You have a little girl yourself, how old is she now, Mario?

Mario Lopez: She’s about thirteen months right now.

The Balancing Act: She is absolutely beautiful.  I have to tell you and when you think about her future, what do you hope that she learns from your experiences at the Boys and Girls Club and all of the giving back that you do?

Mario Lopez: Well, I want to get her involved and I want to expose her to that and what the club’s all about.  And, I want her to not forget where she came from, in the sense that she needs to come from a place of love and learn to help others and to not ever take anything for granted.  So, and the club helps you do that.

The Balancing Act: All right, sounds good, guys.  And, Mario, Mrs. Lopez, thank you so much for joining “The Balancing Act.”  Enjoy that beautiful family of yours and enjoy the holidays.  Keep up the great work you’re doing!

Mario: Thank you.

Mrs. Lopez: Thank you, sweetie, thank you.  Take care.

The Balancing Act: Sure, and, again, for more information, simply head to the website, greatfutures.org/give.
